from the time that I drop my car off to the time that I got my car back, the entire staff was so knowledgeable and so communicative. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and was able to break things down for me so that I could understand what was happening to my car and she was able to give me instructions on what I needed to do with the insurance company. Someone ran a stop sign and damaged the front driver side of my Mazda CX-5. I chose Caliber after reading reviews of a few collision centers in the area. They did a great job, she looks brand new! Everyone was very courteous and professional. They met their original estimated date of completion, and they sent constant updates during the repair process. I'm so glad I went with them. I hope not to have to use them again, lol, but I highly recommend their company!
Worst experience ever. Be advised. Look for another collision place to do your estimate.
