Good front office staff and take in staff. Workmanship on repair was v good as well.
I would strongly encourage people to consider alternatives before bringing their vehicle to this location. I do want to begin by noting this would be a 1-star review but my service advisor (Mark) did his best given the circumstances and the quality of the repairs were satisfactory. Caliber did the work paid by another driver’s insurance company but did not do additional work I requested that insurance company would not cover (I intended to self pay). Staff said would send estimate for additional work but did not. Left dirt scuff above front bumper (replaced) & interior fuse box lid left off/on floor.
