This was my second experience with Caliber Collision over the past 20 years. The first was at the South Boulevard location, and this time at the Waxhaw location. Both experiences were excellent. A big thank you to Drew, Doris, Mary, and Krista for keeping me informed, answering my questions, and making the repair process as smooth as possible. Their professionalism and customer service made a stressful situation much easier.
Very professional and courteous. Communicated status often during the repair process.
