Caliber had my car for almost two weeks before looking at the car after having made a couple of calls into them telling them that I am out of pocket for a rental..,so they finally looked at it to tell my insurance company that it’s totaled…had I known it was going to take two weeks to look at it I wouldn’t have taken it there… So my rental cost me $600 while waiting for them to take a look… thank you very much much Caliber…
