The management team and staff are actually very professional, I was in my feelings about an issue we were having, but it ended up being a communication issue. And a huge misunderstanding, but Mr Hathcock made sure I was taken care of, which speaks volumes about his personality and how he feels his customers and want to ensure his location treats every customer with respect and satisfied..
Service was decent and the staff was okay, but something got damaged on my car and they at first didn't wanna accept responsibility it, and I feel as though they are unprofessional and don't communicate.. its been 10 weeks and still haven't fixed the issue! I will never have them Service or fix anything on my car ever again.. horrible experience..
