Caliber Collision talks out of both sides of their mouth! During my estimate I was told it wasn't as bad as it looks and it's fixable for sure. Took 24 hours for them to write up the estimate and he said he would email it to me. He text me the next day and said it was totaled said the 17,000 dollar estimate was more than the car was worth. If they didn't want to do it he should have told me that first day I went in! Never again will I deal with them nor recommend anyone going there! Must be a small job body shop.
The lack of communication was horrible from beginning to end. The only update I would get was when I called in to check on the progress. The front staff was mixing up insurance information. I had to correct them at least 3 times, my insurance company also told them this, and the liable insurance also confirmed this. Yet on the day my car was ready this was still an issue in the system and due to poor management and communication at this location I incurred additional rental fees as they refused to release my car due to them ... read more
