Kat was amazing!!! She told me how the process would go. She looked at my car while i was there and explained to me what she was doing. My car was done right on time and I didnt even have to take my rental back. Enterprise picked it up from their shop. Easily the best shop I have ever been too.
Great work they was fast with completing the work that needed to be done. Front office was a little rude no acknowledgement of customer when entering establishment while receptionist is on the phone. A Hello or Someone will be right with you, cost you nothing but 🤷♀️ what can you do.some ppl dont know front office etiquette.
