First time I got work done on SUV I had good experience with lots of communication on what was going on. The second time was horrible. Went in today to ask for an assessment at the Fountain Inn location on vehicle damage and was met with a curt “only by appointment and insurance only” Went over the street to Cannon and accepted their quote. Great business model.
Day 2. I contacted the team at the fountain inn sc location. There worker. Matthew shot me another lie. I drop my car off for a estimate/repair. When i arrived i handed him my keys. He seen me drive up. When they did the paperwork. He walk out to look at my car. My car was running. I ask him can i wand my windows up. He said that he will do it. I bought my car back.
