I hate to leave these types of reviews. I decided to use them as they were a direct repair shop. Not a good decision. They never supplied an estimate until I hounded them. They tried to deliver the car twice unfinished. That means that they have no quality or inspection process. They were supposedly going to order a part that they promised me per Justin.They failed to do so. The car still has minor damage they missed and they said they would touch up. I brought my car to this body shop and Ethan Frye gave me the best customer service, after looking at the damage, he cleaned it up like brand new and gave me a reasonable price for the damage I couldn’t get such and estimate from any other body shop right now i just can’t wait to go and get my car repaired.
Ethan gave great customer service, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle looked its best !
