Noah was wonderful and kept great communication. My car was also ready sooner than I expected.
Recently had my Subaru Forester repaired by Caliber in Loomis, CA. Everything about the experience was first rate: communication, customer service and quality of work, including following all Subaru recommendations and standards for post collision repair. Great people at this location and I strongly recommend them for any collision repair! PS I want to particularly mention the excellent customer service provided by Michael and Brenden at Caliber.
Caliber was quick with the repairs and easy to deal with. Jackie let me know almost to the day how long the repairs would take so I was prepared. I didn't bug them and call every few days to find out how the repairs were going. It turned out to take almost 3 weeks but I had expected that. I hung in there knowing they were doing their very best and that I wasn't the only customer they had to do work for.
