Unfortunately I have had to have my car repaired on two separate occasions, however fortunately for me I went to Caliber Collision Loomis both time and was extremely satisfied both times. The quality of repairs are top notch, my car is clean and looks brand new again. The service is excellent, they keep you informed and are very friendly. Anyone who has the unfortunate need for repairs, I strongly recommend using Caliber Collision Loomis!
My insurance company listed Caliber Collision as their in-house body shop. I am glad they did! When I picked up my vehicle and got it home, I noticed a minor defect in the paint, so I called in to see what they could do about it. The manager immediately and gracefully stood behind their work, by making arrangements to send someone to my home the next business day, pick up the truck, repair the defect, and then return the truck back to me that same day.
