I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. As a college student, I rely heavily on my car to manage my responsibilities, and this process has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. My vehicle has been in their shop since March 2nd for what was supposed to be a simple cosmetic repair—a bumper and a headlight. We highly recommend caliber collision. Jake Ross was very informative about the work that had to get done and the timing how long it would take to get the services performed. He kept in communication with us, which I believe is key to make long lasting relationship. If there’s any work, I need done in the future I won’t hesitate to go there because he earned my trust and confidence in their ability to take care of my truck !
