If you are going to use poor fitting aftermarket parts and headlight assemblies with mismatched headlights to save money, you should not charge the customer a deductible. I paid the premium and got non premium parts.
I had a slight accident in my Cadillac Escalade unfortunately and coincidentally it was my mother and she backed into me in my own driveway!!! Lol! Anyways Kenny from caliper collision has been a great help to me and my family!! He has helped my grandmother tremendously and help my mother with her car also. Outstanding service and quality work! Kenny was great to work with very polite and respected! Highly recommend especially with easy drop off with enterprise rentals! Thank you again caliber for the perfect experience after my car accident! They replaced most of my cars rear end and re painted it and everything has turned out perfect!
