So to begin to took my truck here to get repaired for a impact to the side of my truck. Once repaired I noticed that the dents were gone but you could tell it had been repaired as it didn't look like the original condition. Do not let Progressive refer you here if you have water damage on your vehicle. You have a right to use whatever body shop you want for an auto claim. This body shop will waste your time. I showed up 10 minutes early for my estimate and was kept waiting for 20 minutes. They spent about 5 minutes looking at my car, told me they didn't know where the leak was and they needed to "Research."
