The service techs and receptionists were great, the service manager is absolutely horrible. Continuously arguing and had zero interest in actually listening to anything I had to say regarding incorrect documentation they said was required. The form was a release of liability and warranty for any parts installed and that doesn't make sense to require that being signed in order to get your car repaired. Well to have your husband treated is a sarcastic & smug nature is one thing, but to find your car not fixed properly is another. I had to go back in because the repair was off a big gap between parts. It took FOREVER to get an appointment & get it fixed. I take my toyota in today & Darin Kocheran comes out with these huge plastic parts. I asked why the parts are need when the bumper comes with fastners attached?
