I had a great experience after someone ran a red light and severely damaged my car. The rep I worked with at Caliber, Weston, was great about communicating the process to me and providing regular status updates. I really appreciated the weekly calls to let me know status and when to expect to get my car back. The car looks great and I was surprised to learn that they parts/repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car. Hopefully, I never need to use Caliber again but, if I do, wouldn't hesitate to go back!
I worked with Chuck Keast on solving a complicated problem with the insurance company and another affiliate of Caliber Collision. In order to move forward he completed a couple repairs in his shop to provide customer service to have action that should have been take care of. Stopped in to get a scratch looked at, and Heath came out and buffed out the scratch at no charge! I will definitely go back if I have any more issues.
They made the repair process quick and painless. A+ all the way around!
Got some help today from the guys at this location with my license plate. Had some bolts that broke and needed to be drilled out and replaced. They were able to take me as a walk in, were extremely pleasant, and able to fix up my car within an hour for no charge. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help!
