Robert was very professional with handling my vehicle repair. My vehicle didn’t even look like it was in an accident when it was ready for pick up.
Had an accident on Friday. Made an appointment online for the following Tuesday. Got a conformation email. Took off work and showed up as scheduled only to be told my appointment was canceled because I wanted to pay cash and not use insurance. Receptionist was very rude. Kept repeating that they are only doing insurance claims this week. Didn't care that I had a conformation or that I had taken off work to be there. I've had issues with Caliber before, but with this being a new location, I thought I'd try again. Never again.... read more
