Never take a care here they have had my car 3 months still not fix and always getting the run around because supposedly only one person can help you!!! Stay far away from this location
RJ took care of my suburban! My vehicle was ready when he said it would be I was given updates! He even stayed a little late on a Friday so I could pick my vehicle up before the weekend. Absolutely customer service!! Above and beyond!! Excellent work and customer service. I will not go any where else Hopefully I won't have too come back!!! Thank you RJ.
We took all three of our vehicles to the Waxahachie location for estimates after a hail storm in the area. They are a "preferred provider" with our insurance. My husband took his truck to them a week and a half ago and the insurance still hadn't received the estimate. I had to call the insurance to request the estimates from them. When my husband got to the facility to do the estimate they tried to take his vehicle to do repairs after stating several times it was for a estimate only.
