Caliber Collison was great. They were very professional and the customer service was over the top.
Body work is beautiful!
We had two vehicles repaired here after a March hailstorm (Chevy pickup and Jeep Gladiator), and while our advisor was nice, the quality of work has been disappointing. The truck had to go back twice, came back with new scratches they had to repair, and the running lights still don’t work. The Jeep leaked after repair and now has broken clips on the plastic bed cap that we have to replace ourselves. Water is still leaking in. We’re letting our insurance know, as they referred us here. We have waited over a month for our car to be repaired due to hail damage. Told by John that it would be about 2 weeks to complete. Dropped car off May 22nd have called multiple times for updates and given one excuse after another as to why repairs are not complete. Today is June 26th and still not ready! Do not recommend Caliber Collision. Very disappointing!
