**UPDATE** The response from the company stated I should email them and they would make things right. So I did that, 6 days ago. I have not heard back from them. Great experience and love how they communicate via text and call. Never had to guess what was going on or when my vehicle would be back up and running. Devon was very nice and helpful and I would only use caliber collision again if he was the one overseeing my vehicle’s care. 10/10 recommend Devon and his professional care!
They were quick and communicated clearly. I would definitely use them for future repair needs
They do good work but the timeframe going from three weeks to six weeks without having a vehicle. Then having to bring it back because they forgot that there was a spring on my gas tank door that isn’t there anymore. So I have a hard time opening that door to put gas in my vehicle.
