Took 3 weeks longer than promised. Didn’t let me know it would be delayed until the day before the promise date which was originally a month. Had to pay 3 extra weeks for a rental because of their delays. They have 1 tech of staff and didn’t care to mention that when promising the completion date. Towed my car to another caliber to complete the work after asking for my approval. But towed it to a caliber that they didn’t state and I didn’t approve.
