Caliber collision in Madison Alabama did a wonderful job with my truck being repaired Carson and Whitney kept me informed with the progress of the vehicle. The bodywork looks wonderful and the paint work is even better. I would definitely recommend taking my vehicle to them for repairs.
Great customer service love the work and CD attention to detail. The car was ready earlier than expected Fast star service and here are some before and after pictures
I literally have never given a 1* review EVER, but this experience has been terrible. I’m not even sure how the body work is going to look because we STILL do not have the van back after 6-7 weeks in the shop. The list of frustrations are as follows: 1. Poor communication 2. Amazing work all around! Highly recommend them. They were on point for keeping us updated on repairs and timeline. The work was perfect and you would never know repairs were done. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the car moved over in order to have the estimate done which was not something I was able to easily facilitate with other local places.
