Brandi leads a remarkable team who are all about service. When I first rolled up with my broken car, Queen treated me with a smile, knew my name, and the great service went on from then. Good
Calliber was so professional and took such good care of my car. I was surprised how fast they got the repairs done (had to replace whole front bumper) and how smoothly they worked with insurance. They even offered to coordinate my rental car! Would recommend this place to anyone needing auto body work. Additionally, as a woman I usually have experienced upselling/dishonesty at mechanics shops, but I did not feel like that here. I think I actually worked with almost an entire female team here, which was cool!
This location and Team did an amazing job on my car. It came back to me quickly and perfectly. the car looked brand new when i got it back!
My experience at Caliber Collision was fantastic. They are customer friendly and very detail oriented when it comes to the service your car is going to receive. They explained the work that is going to be done in the car and keep informed of the progress every Tuesday. Any questions you may have they are properly addressed. The staff is great.
