Your survey asked if I was the main contact. Since my son was, I answered ‘no’. The survey ended. I wanted to say the communication throughout the process was great; however when the repairs were complete, the remote operation of 2 windows failed to operate when the repair was over. This caused additional travel and coordination to repair, which has not yet been completed. Additionally, the back passenger seat was stained with grease or something similar. Neither issue is what I would expect from a USAA recommended facility.
Great service and knowledgable staff. I’ve been getting regular updates throughout the entire process and my car was available before the promised due date.
