I was pleasantly surprised by the frequent updates I received. These weren’t just genetic updates, but detailed steps like the arrival of parts, the vehicle’s entry into the paint shop, and so on. However, the staff could have been a bit more cheerful.
Great service, very informative with the whole process of the repair!!
unfortunately, a storage tray holding items was removed from my arm console and has not been returned or found. The service person is stating he did not remove any items to do the requirement job in the console compartment. Yet he would have had to as the tray and other items were in the way.
Friendly front desk staff, great work… appreciate and recommend whole heartedly!
