This office was great. They picked my car up after a confusion with Caliber Glass so I wouldn’t have to take work off, and personally cleaned my car and dropped it back off at my place, and even had a technician give me a ride to work in the mean time.
I was greeted upon entering and received great customer service from everyone I engaged, office manager/receptionist, auto manager and mechanic. I was told that the damage was not as bad as it looked and that they may be able to solve the problem if I could wait a short time. And you did! Caliber Collision Staff on Delmar, I appreciate your time, expertise and kindness! My experience not only helped me feel more comfortable driving but left a positive imprint on my heart! They were able to get us back on the road after we got in an accident downtown. We had a bent body piece interfering with our wheel. We interacted with several people including a technician and they were all very friendly and willing to help. It actually felt like working with good people that genuinely wanted to help us — not just people that were just there to do a job and collect a paycheck.
