From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate my request. Jonathan and Chris made the process easy, and their body techs did an incredible job matching the paint color. Got my car back after my accident looks brand new.
Mediocre, incomplete work and poor customer service. My Sienna was rear-ended. Caliber Insurance was one of the recommended repair shops by my insurance co.. I regret going there: 1- Poorly fitted replaced rear bumper cover, 3mm off (in /out) on each side; despite the fact that they charged to change not only the cover, but also everything behind it. 2- The color painted on the replaced bumper cover is off and poorly match the original paint on quarter panels and rear gate. 3- Front bumper cover does not fit in the fender as... read more
