Everyone there was super friendly, very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with all of them. And when I say all of them, I mean from the front desk to a guy named Junior who I worked with and talked with the most super good guy I think he was Management and one of their auto body guys who I got lucky to meet and shake hands with they were all really good people. I am extremely satisfied with the Orange Caliber Collision branch. The general manager, Gilbert Vargas, helped me with the process of repairing my jeep. He worked with my triple A adjuster to repair and return my jeep as soon as possible. I dropped it off Tuesday evening and had it back that same week on Friday! My car was returned in an even better condition than before I was crashed into. The side of my jeep was t-boned towards the rear. Overall the paint and repair looks good. Late 3 days and the lift gate button did not work. Had to take the car back for the lift gate button problem.
