Best experience I have ever had with a body repair shop! Michael was excellent! He was professional, efficient, and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. He gave me updates all throughout the process. I would give him 10 stars! Kelsie at the front desk was very helpful in arranging my rental car so I could get to work. Caliber Collision did an outstanding job handling both my insurance claim and car repairs. Lauren provided excellent customer service and was incredibly responsive throughout the process. They really stepped up and filled in the gaps left by my unresponsive Progressive adjuster. The repairs looked fantastic, and my car was returned fully detailed. I would definitely recommend them!
