Great overall experience. Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job of repairing the car and keeping me as informed of the progress along the way
We had hail damage repaired at Caliber. The entire team there was extremely professional, and communication throughout the process was top notch. We did have a couple concerns during the initial inspection, but they went above and beyond to resolve those issues. 100% satisfied with our experience and results.
Great team and great work. They communicated the steps to me through the process and delivered my car back to me in pristine condition earlier than what was originally promised. 10/10 would recommend.
