This place was really awesome. Everything about the process was easy. The staff was super friendly. The work was amazing. Looked better than when we bought the car. And the best part….the car was done a week early.
This was my first experience with an accident. Kim went above and beyond to help me understand the process. When I was having trouble finding a rental Kim helped me with contacting a local car rental company. Isaac was very helpful with giving me a ride to the rental company. Even when I found out my car was a total loss the customer service was still outstanding. Jerry removed my tag for me and walked over the vehicle with me and made sure I did not leave anything of my personal belongings behind.
Fast, friend, profeasional and courteous service. My vehicle was ready 3 days prior to projected schedule date. The ride to Enterprise to pick up a rental was a bonus, and also being able to return the rental there was a plus.
The customer service at Caliber Collision in Ocean Springs is awesome. They go over & beyond. Jacob kept me informed on the repair process while my car was in their hands. In addition to the great customer service, they did a wonderful job on my car. I highly recommend!!
Bad experience. They took several weeks to give me my car back, and they gave it back with the body work completed but the engine repair not done. The paperwork was wrong and the front desk lady was complaining about it. Then they jerked me around a lot. At one point they said they would call their tech to check on something and call me right back but they never called me back.
