Stellar service, warm, fast, and easy! The service manager, Crystal, made sure I had a quick and painless inspection after my online quote, and since the repair took less time than anticipated, she lowered my price. The staff genuinely seem to like each other and the office was comfy- I was planning to work while they repaired but had me out before I could even finish one email. Highly recommend, will return if ever needing additional body work for my vehicle!
FINAL UPDATE: I have revised this to two stars instead of one because, after nearly six months, the company has FINALLY made it right by reimbursing our car payments on the totaled vehicle. If you do have issues with them, don't give up, and be sure to file complaints with the NC Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and their corporate headquarters.
