My wife and I allowed GEICO to tow our vehicle here after it was involved in an accident in mid-October, having been told this would “make things easier” as GEICO works directly with Caliber. The opposite proved to be true. My wife has more experience with vehicles and insurance claims and raised concerns during the initial walk-around that the front end did not look right and could involve frame damage. I was immediately welcomed by the warm receptionist and felt very satisfied with my service. The service representative, Xavier was very thorough and communicative. I received updates via text, which was helpful. The team even expedited my pick up time because of upcoming travel plans. My preference would be to not experience an unexpected collision again and if I find myself in this situation, I will most certainly use caliber collision. They worked easily with my insurance company and I am a very satisfied customer.
