The work that was done by caliber collision from my first visit was not installed correctly and has now damaged the work the caliber collision was payed to repair. The lack of accountability and liability for the work that was done to my car will cause me to go to a shop that is not caliber collision if I need any repairs in the future. I have told my insurance, possibly they will be able to hold caliber collision accountably for the work that was not done properly to my vehicle during "repairs" which have cause damage to th... read more
I had the back passenger door repaired. The work was done fast and at an affordable price. The car looked brand new again. They even vacuumed it which was much appreciated. This is the second time I brough my car to them and I would recommend them as they do a great job and are very professional.
This company really lives up to its name! It made the necessary Repairs in a reasonable time kept me up with all the details of when the car was going to be ready for pick up. And they were a day early from the original date. they also allowed for the Rental to be left right there with them.
