Vehicle looked like nothing ever happened to it. Was washed and detailed before pick up. Communication was great. Wait time was long, went about a month without our car but they did a fantastic job and everyone I spoke with were very nice and they called me throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Highly recommend! This Caliber location was recommended to me by the Goodyear dealership across the street (we go there for mechanical stuff), and it's a well-deserved recommendation. The general manager, Drew, and his coworkers, Dylan and Matt, were *the best* - friendly, informative, fast, and well-priced. I will definitely return there the next time my husband breaks my side mirror!
Took me two months to get my vehicle back and this is how they left it. And they expect me to return so they can take it out. I’d like a full detail but hey who am I!? My whole brand new Bronco smells like oil. Who does this? So unprofessional. However the desk lady Amanda is super nice and helpful
