Vehicle was rear-ended and Caliber Collision on Honea Egypt was recommended by insurance. Super friendly and helpful from the beginning. Great communication with daily txt msg updates on the status of parts and what stage of repair the car was at. Vehicle was finish a week before estimated date. Paint and repairs looked Great! Highly recommend this team. Will easily get my business in the future if needed!
Excellent customer service and very friendly.
They could not finish all the work. Driver assist technology (sensors) on my 2025 Honda was not calibrated. But I was charged $200 for the "attempted" calibration. I was given my vehicle back with flashing dash lights. Had to take it elsewhere for the calibration. It was done in minutes. Likely incompetence played a role at this Caliber location. I haven't heard back from management and it's been weeks. I'm lowering the rating from 2 to just 1 star.
