I was not only impressed but very pleasantly surprized...after getting side swiped on the highway the car that hit me took off and did not stop ! Caliber went above and beyond not only did they make my car look brand new, they did a few tweeks to make it xtra !! I am one very happy customer and will be a repeat customer if ever needed ! Julie was also awesome, she kept me informed on the daily by texting the stages my repair was in !
The Silverado was poorly repaired; the parts don't match the original design. I went to the shop to mention the defect, but they said it's a work truck, and it always ends up like that. Poor work done on my Silverado. The only positive thing was the friendly service. But I don't recommend collision repair.
