Poor customer service. Changed deadline 4x. Once picked up repair had issues. Limited overall communication.
State farm sent me there after I was rear ended. They did a walk around of my car (ultimately totaling it). There was a dent on the rear left where it looked as if bumper was pushed up then scraped the paint when coming back. Was not there before the accident, which i told them that, that it was not there before the accident (perfect condition 2020 toyota corolla except some stains on the seats from kids). They told the insurance company it was a previous dent, so state farm took 600 dollars off my claim. Cost me 600 dollars... read more
