Unfortunately, my experience with Caliber Collision was frustrating. After repairs to my rear bumper and driver's-side quarter panel, I was told three separate times that my vehicle was ready. The first two times, the bumper fitment was clearly incorrect, with gaps and misalignment where it met the quarter panel. By the third visit, the fitment was finally acceptable, but the car was returned with grime on the leather seats and debris throughout the interior. Do not take your car here for repairs. You will end up having an additional repair that they will claim they had nothing to do with!!!! Regional manager didn’t care when he was notified——will NEVER USE ANY CALIBER LOCATION and will make sure to tell all my family and friends.
One of my fleet of vehicles was just recently worked on and I couldn’t be happier, the front desk lady is exceptional and nice (Kadie)
