Caliber claimed to fix our son's vehicle and not 2 days later all of the sensors lit up. Now they are saying it has nothing to do with their work. Unbelievable. Do not go to them for any type of repair.
Our son's Honda Accord Touring was struck by a piece of blown truck tire tread (road debris) on the highway, damaging the front-end safety and sensing systems. Caliber Collision was the repair facility assigned by State Farm—we did not choose this shop ourselves. After keeping the vehicle for approximately 2½ weeks, it took less than 48 hours after taking delivery of the supposedly "repaired" vehicle for nearly every major safety and driver-assistance system to fail. We had to take our car there after someone backed into it in a parking lot. They got it fixed quickly and were so polite. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.
