In very disappointed with the service. Kelly was the adjuster that helped me. The insurance kept calling her about the estimate. She says she sent it but State Farm claims they never got it. I was on the phone and jelly say she sent and state farm claims they never got it. State needed a lock in so they can pay for the repairs at a nother shop.
