So incredibly impressed with Caliber Collision. My son slid off of the road during a recent ice storm. He was fine but our Corolla was not. Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make this process easy and efficient. Finding great service that is honest and reliable is not always an easy task. Caliber Collision provided some of the BEST service I have seen in a LONG time. Do business with them if you can. I'm sure you will be impressed.
Not sure what is up with the negative reviews, but I will tell you that I am 100% satisfied with Caliber's work. Had a rear end accident and chose Caliber Collision as they were one of the preferred shops of the other guy's insurance. 1st time customer. -The customer service was excellent. -They set realistic expectations of the repair time frame. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I scheduled service to have my bumper replaced through an insurance claim here. I showed up for my appointment and was told it could take 7 days before my truck was ready. Longer than I hoped, but it is what it is. After 2 days, I called to get a status update and was told I can pick my truck up and bring it back at a later date (2 weeks was the next available appointment) as they needed to order parts.
