I am so impressed at Caliber Collision on West Genesee Street in Syracuse. Each person I met such as Scott were so caring, dedicated and hard working. I was greeted by a friendly and professional lady at the front desk, and I am not sure of her name. They communicated with me almost daily via text and kept me in the loop until my car was completed. Thank you for your professionalism in a world that often forgets to be kind!!! You set the example for others.
High level of workmanship, communication and responsiveness
Called to get our windshield changed , they tell us to drop off car on the west side of Syracuse because it has to be calibrated . Don’t waste your time call Safelight they will come to you and not lie to ya and bring all the necessary tools to complete the job
