Caliber appears to be under new, much better management. My insurance company has a national agreement with Caliber, so I was at first reluctant and always prefer locally owned businesses where possible. Caliber repaired my truck promptly (considering its a 2017) and, after another issue came up post repair, handled that at no additional charge. Customer service was excellent and they were very responsive and easy to work with.
Communication and customer service off the charts. This is someplace that handles tough times and makes the professional and as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.
