Rough start but very friendly, kept up to date on progress and finished in a very timely manner!! And detailed the vehicle which was a very nice surprise!!
Monica and Kurt handled everything so professionally. They kept us informed and made all aspects easy and understandable. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with them.
The service was amazing. I was updated through out the whole process and was very happy with the work they did on my car. After an unfortunate event of someone hitting my car, they were able to get me in just days after & started working on my car Immediately. It was done in just a week and was happy about the repair they did and how my car was cleaned after. I would definitely recommend this place to someone. Also Curtis did a great job on communicating and giving an estimate on damages and process.
I was dreading the process of fixing my vehicle after my accident and caliber made the process easier than I could have imagined. Very friendly staff and fast responses, excellent customer service.
The service is at a good level, but the quality of the repairs raises questions. Initially, the gaps were incorrectly aligned, and the color of the repaired part is different.
