I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle they did an amazing job. What I'm not happy with is my key fob to my car was returned damaged. When I left the car I advised the guy in the office with the dreads, To please make sure everyone is aware one of the buttons was lose so I have my key fob in a case that had a rubber piece that covers the buttons. They pride themselves on customer satisfaction and customer service but my experience was horrible. I got my car fixed by them through insurance and agreed to get some extra touch ups on it out of pocket. Firstly, when I got back my car, it was covered by pollen so I didn’t get to see well the work that was done. Then I called to speak with the manager and the rude person working under him answered. Great shop great people great service. I called in for an appointment and was seen the next day and they gave me a rundown of the process. They called enterprise who picked me up from the repair shop and already had a rental car picked out for me. I was able to use the rental car for the two weeks that my car was in the shop at no cost with my insurance.
