The car was fixed beyond my expectations. They are a great company to work with. Totally Satisfied.
Issue: Inexpensive and non-sensitive items were used or taken from the middle compartment in my personal vehicle and I asked to be contacted by their supervisor. Currently I am still waiting for Caliber Collision to contact me. All items that are perishable, can be opened/closed, that look or feel used/tampered, or did not match in the condition of how they were left in my vehicle prior to the service being done were thrown out due to safety reasons. I chose this Caliber location based on the reviews. They are all accurate. I dropped my car off and went inside and was immediately greeted by the manager, Brett, who went outside and looked at the damage and told me about potential repair methods. The shop repair manager then came out and discussed potential options in more detail and timeline.
