Caliber in Garner has taken care of our company truck and always does a great job. Rachel in the office is awesome and was there to help every step of the way.
I greatly appreciate the interactions I had with Rachel, Jordan, and Brian. I had to return my vehicle to the repair shop for some additional work after the initial repair was completed (mistakes happen!) and they handled the situation with great care and attention. The team's commitment to customer service and satisfaction was clear - something not as common as it should be. I highly recommend this location for all your repair needs!
Super happy with the work Jordan did for us. Turn around was quick. Great communication throughout the whole time the car was in the shop. What a nice treat that the car was vacuumed when we got it back! Thanks guys!
