Very rude lady at front desk. Customer service is key
FANTASTIC body shop. Less than 2 week turnaround, and they kept me updated the whole time. My suv was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. A huge plus to me is that from what I could tell it’s all women who run the front end. I highly recommend this place!!!
Take forever. Make false promises. Couldnt fix a simple engine repair. Didnt even bother to test drive the car before making us drive an hour out of the way for it. Still paid the deductible. Ruined our whole day all because they are to lazy to test drive it and do the job correctly. They basically held onto the car for 45 days just to send it to the dealer to fix. If its not Stancatos out of massillon or the dealer than dont even bother
