I had a good experience with Caliber Collision and would recommend them!
I would loved to have given them a 5-star review. After using them through insurance from the driver who hit my car, they completed the work on time and kept in touch with me. However, during the final walkthrough, there was an indent into the new paint. Since that time I’ve had to call several times to follow up with them. The have been promises of getting this new part in and painted continue with no actual results. It’s now almost a month since the initial repair was completed and I am still trying to get this resolved.
Very happy with the repairs and customer service. I was kept informed throughout the time my car was in the shop. They ended up keeping the car for couple xtra days because the paint wasn't perfect which I appreciate! Would use this shop again in the future!
