I was hit by someone who ran a red light on the way to work. I had my vehicle towed to caliber on fig street in Arvada, not knowing if they could even take the car. I called Caliber every day, apologizing profusely. Joyce and Marcy at the front desk were nothing but empathetic, understanding, and genuinely nice towards me through the whole ordeal. Had about $13k of work done on my car after an accident. They left some small dents on the roof removing the roof racks to make some repairs. I called probably 8-10 times over the course of 18 months trying to get them fixed. Kept being told "they'll get me in on the next one" and getting ghosted afterwards. I've pretty much given up at this point and accepted the roof dents will never be repaired as it's been like 2-3 years since the incident.
Service was great, Marcy and Victor were very helpful and kept me informed through the entire repair process. I had the vehicle back promptly. Thank you for making it a smooth repair process!
