Met with an accident on 08/11 and insurance suggested Caliber Collision.The got the car and gave us estimated delivery date as 09/10. Meanwhile we were getting some auto generated messages that repair is going on well and will receive it on 09/10.On 09/10 we got message that repairs are still pending it will be delivered on 09/11 at 5pm. on 09/11 we got message it needs some safety checks and those people will come in morning so the delivery will be 09/12 6pm.Its 09/12 they moved the date to 09/15. They have taken care of me twice now and done a great job Kyle took great care of me
They were great and kept us informed every step of the way.
Overall the service & repair was great. Still waiting to hear back from Camren about a miner repair that needs to be done. Its been over two weeks and have heard anything.
