Such a great painless experience Literally everyone here is so kind understanding an have compassion for us customers The work they did on my vehicle was absolutely amazing My vehicle looks brand new From the front desk lady Annette to the adjuster lady Jan & all the way down the detailers -and mechanics All were just awesome people Very forward Up front Very kind very knowledgeable Went above and beyond Plus we got our vehicle back earlier the projected THANK YOU FOR THESE AWESOME PEOPLE
Over-promises and under-delivers. My car was in the shop for 5 weeks and they still did not take care of all the repairs. The worst part is that the person, I was assigned to did not do a thorough job and on top of it had the nerve to claim the damage on the front bumper was from another incident even though I have video footage and photos that show otherwise.
Had gotten hail damage repair about a year ago at the Northfield location. A piece of the roof rack had come undone today so I called to have it checked because I wasnt sure if it had broken or not. The Northfield receptionist was trying to explain to me how busy they were and that I would have to schedule an appointment next week just to have it looked at.
