I wouldn’t trust Caliber to repair a rental car, let alone one that I cared about. The quality control here is horrible. Nobody seems to check anyone else’s work and all they do is deny and deflect when you point out an error. My 2000 4Runner was in a minor accident with a city bus. The bus clipped the front bumper of the vehicle, scraping the bumper, loosening it, and damaging a fog light and signal lens.
