I had to go to this body shop for an insurance claim. The young woman took no more than 5 minutes to look over my car for hail damage. I was concerned with how quickly she completed the inspection of the car and asked if she saw the paint damage from the hail. She proceeded to tell me it is impossible for hail to cause paint damage.
