You guys basically sacrificed an entire bumper to fix a 1sqft area. And then decided to slap on a coat of paint like a 5 yr old over the whole bumper without any prep. I will now need to take the bumper to a completely different body shop because I cant trust you to do the work properly. You charged the insurance company $5000 to repair the bumper and repaint the bumper. Then because you screwed up which you admitted to over the phone.
