Very friendly great service
A few weeks ago my wife's car was vandalized. A nice scratch on the driver side corner panel. Her car has a factory pearl, so I was skeptical on who to take it too. My insurance company suggested a few different places. I chose Caliber Collision. Best move ever. Everything went smoothly until the end. I was told to leave my rental with them and they would notify Enterprise to pick it up. Never happened so I was charged unknowingly by Enterprise causing me to be charged $68 in overdraft fees. I called both parties, they played the blame game, no accountability was taken. I’m still out $68 bucks, I feel like both of y’all owe me $34.00 #MakeItRight
