Hit a deer. Scheduled to drop vehicle off. Abby called and moved my drop off date out. So I dropped it off Dec 9th just picked it up Jan 16th. For them to have the car that long they missed things that I have to have fixed later. I WILL NOT USE THIS SHOP AGAIN!!!!!!!
Stay away I would not use this place if it was the last boby shop left. The lady on the phone was very rude and would NOT schedule me for an estimate! What a horrible way to do business. But that's okay I will take my money and business someplace else.
Excellent service, seamless communication, Abbie is the best with knowledge and delivers superior customer service! My vehicle was complete prior to the original scheduled date and looks amazing! I've not used Caliber in the past but certainly will use them again in the future due to their transparency and professionalism. You cannot go wrong with Caliber Collision!
