Update: The GM called me and we should be updating this review to better but we will wait to see if they better the situation first. I would give zero stars if that was possible and never take my car here or work with Jenna at this point. But here we go, i was recommended to this shop by my family who lives here and at their other location had amazing service. Avoid Caliber Collision on Industry Drive at all costs. They repeatedly failed to order the correct parts and left my son completely in the dark about his vehicle’s status. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking — he had to chase them for every update. Grossly unprofessional, negligent, and a total waste of time. I will never refer anyone to them with a repair again. Jenna has been terrible about providing a date for when the vehicle will be done. They have had it for over a month and it’s still not done.
Had a car repaired here in 2023. Wanted to wait a while to review to see how the work held up. Overall: I’d go somewhere else next time. First, it took quite a while to get the work done. We were without a car for several weeks. Second, the car broke down shortly after leaving the shop. Fortunately this happened at low speed on a city street. Zane claimed to have spoken to me while I was in the lobby regarding the total loss of my vehicle however that did not happen, I had another gentleman come up to me before Zane asking me some questions about my gap insurance and when I asked him if I should renew it I was told, “that won’t be necessary, someone will be out to talk to you.” The receptionists were loudly talking about their grievances against customers who, “don’t know what they’re doing (in regards to claims/how adjustments are done)” and that’s when I get a ... read more
Just had my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired at Caliber Collision East and am happy about every aspect of my encounter with them. Great staff, excellent communication, comfortable office and the work was done quickly and looks brand new. Totally satisfied.
