it is very hard to find great customer service these days. The folks at the Belton Caliber Collision shop were excellent from initial drop off, answering questions and addressing concerns. Pick up after repair, the experience was the same. Libby and Alan are who I primarily interacted with and they were knowledgeable and able to address any concerns as the vehicle in for repair is less than a year old. The repair outcome, my car looks back to its brand new looking status.
Communication on actual completion dates and what repairs along with what delays have occurred is horrendous. Will have had my vehicle for a month when they now say completion date will be---supposedly. I do know that a little communication and updating goes a long way none of which I have received. Frustrating that a simple phone call with updates cannot be made. Customer service rating is a 0.
