First of all, I want to be clear that every customer-facing employee at Caliber that I encountered was great and very helpful, whether it was the folks behind the counter when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle or the folks I talked to on the phone. They were all great and I had no problems with them. However, I would like to point out that the "availability" slots when you are booking an appointment to drop off your vehicle are a complete lie. It was such a smooth process from start to finish, and my vehicle is now back on the road looking even better cosmetically than before. I truly appreciate the excellent communication and care throughout the entire experience. A special thank you to Carla at the Lee’s Summit location, as well as Libby and Allen at the Belton location, for always keeping me in the loop while my vehicle was in your possession. Your professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed!
I would highly recommend this shop. The employees are very knowledgeable and clearly take pride in their work. My truck looks as good as, if not better than, it did on the showroom floor. I appreciated being kept informed every step of the way, and the repairs were completed earlier than expected. Brandon did excellent body work, Libby was very easy to work with, and Ryan, the manager, was friendly and even ensured I had a ride to work.
