Honestly this place is guarantees are worthless. They guaranteed a family member that their car would be ready on Monday resulting in this family member taking the rental car back, dim this place is like oh yeah we broke your window during repair. Been there like we can give you a rental car if one that comes back. My husband's red Silverado was taken there for repairs (state farm recommendations) , we had to take it in again to refine some repairs plus it had a scratch that wasn't there originally on opposite side of the accident side, they said they would look at before pictures and see if it was there. The before pictures proved there was no scratch before- so they said it must had happened on the way home! Devon is very friendly, the guy at the counter is not friendly at all.
