Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. Davonte P. was especially helpful. He communicated throughout the repair, and helped to get my car repaired ahead of schedule. The whole staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was as estimated, and they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. An Enterprise Rental car was made available, and their service was 5-star, as well. I highly recommend Caliber.
Davonte is a really nice gentleman
Honestly this place is guarantees are worthless. They guaranteed a family member that their car would be ready on Monday resulting in this family member taking the rental car back, dim this place is like oh yeah we broke your window during repair. Been there like we can give you a rental car if one that comes back. So the family member has been stuck with out transportation, have been given another guarantee that the work would be done today, but lo and behold we're now going to have to guarantee that will be done tomorrow i... read more
