Have brought my vehicle here twice now. Was told both times repairs would be fairly simple and quick. Not at all the case. If you can’t accommodate customers in a timely fashion, do not take on new customers. If parts are taking an extended time to receive, do not accept vehicles until parts arrive. Will not be back. Do not recommend.
car got to their shop a month ago. we chose another shop to go to due to issues with the insurance company and when my car was towed to the new shop, Caliber stripped my car of its parts in the front. When we called we were told the car got sent how they received it, which is impossible because my car was completely intact, just had damage from an accident.
