What a great shop! So organized and everyone seems to be working well together. Great leadership!
I will start out with the good. They were very speedy and communicative. They got us in quickly for a quote. However we did not make it much further past that. They immediately came out to the car and said worst case scenario. This was a stressful situation and did not help matters. They gave us a quote about 1000 dollars higher than another place (that had better reviews). We did not continue with them, so I cannot speak to the work of their technicians but overall not impressed with their offerings.
Jake was very responsive and extremely helpful when it came to fixing my truck. I had some rock damage to the body and he went out of his way to get it fixed real fast. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!
I won't go anywhere else ever again, they are a 10 out of 10.
I brought my Honda Civic in after I hit a deer and I cannot be happier with their performance and customer service. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and helpful, they were extremely communicative the entire time they had my car, and they did a great job all around. The most pleasant surprise was how they cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car, making it look the nicest it has since I bought it!
