Caliber Collision is outstanding! Brad was my consultant and he was amazing. Brad kept me informed of the ongoing progress they made to repair my damaged car. He was honest and consistently answered my many questions and concerns patiently. I have told friends I would not go anywhere else for car repairs!
Caliber repaired my Mini back in '24 through my insurance company. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took care of everything for me including coordinating with the rental car. Couldn't tell there was ever any damage after work was completed.
Excellent process, made it very easy to drop off and pick up my vehicle, texted me updates regularly. I hope I dont need my vehicle repaired again, but if I do I will come back. Staff was great, got my repair done a week early.
