All is well but I feel there was a rush to get the car done as I found a oem logo badge in the vehicle that was not installed on the door. Back to the shop or DIY.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! Jennifer provided absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Jennifer is super friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They repaired my 2017 Dodge Ram quickly and did a fantastic job. The truck looks great and was ready sooner than expected. Highly recommend this location if you want quality work and excellent service!
Bastrop Caliber Collision has amazing service. Unfortunately, I had to use their service two summers in a row. BUT they are so kind and took care of me right away. I took them a dirty black suv. They replaced the bumper and I got back not only the repaired vehicle, but a detailed one too! :) Great communication. I never had to call to check on anything! They also took my rental back.
