Great service
I cannot speak highly enough of the great experience I had with Caliber in Altoona, WI. From the moment I showed up with my damaged car, they turned an extremely stressful situation in something much more manageable, and even enjoyable! If you're ever in need of body work, do not hesitate to call this location!
We stopped in with a loose piece under our car and asked for a quick look. He kindly checked out the issue, explained some possibile issues, and helped us with the temporary fix. Thank you! Highly recommend Caliber Collision and would not hesitate to revisit!
We had a great experience at Caliber Collision, would definitely refer friends and family to use their services if the need arises. The gals in the office were friendly and helpful and Lee was great to work with, he kept us informed regarding our vehicle status and what he told us was the way it truly was. I took my car to Caliber collision after an accident. The staff were extremely courteous. The front office and the lounge area are exceptionally beautiful and well kept. I was given an estimated time for completion and was updated regularly. My car was fixed 3 days prior to the estimated time. For exceptional work on your car, I extremely recommend Caliber Collison.
