Dishonest. A bumber replacement should not be more than $2,000 dollars. Do companies not realise the customer can now look up prices for part replacements?

After giving this shop more than enough time to complete the repairs properly, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I initially dropped my truck off in Willis, TX, and it was later transferred to another location under Caliber Collision. At first, the process seemed to be moving quickly and smoothly.
