Excellent customer service from everyone I interacted with. Got my car faster than expected. Was informed at all steps of the process without having to ask for an update. Equally satisfied with the quality of work done. Not only was my car repaired but it was cleaner once I received it as well. Patricia really took any stress out the process.
Caliber Collision took my truck in, kept me informed of the progress daily, and returned it to me looking like nothing had hit it to begin with. Very good work!
This was a great experience from the beginning. The customer service was beyond awesome. Nicole and her staff at this location really went out of there way to make sure all my needs were met and gave me options on all information I was given. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location if you have a choice.
