Caliber in Spring exceeded my expectations. I had a bad experience from a previous auto collision service before but Caliber did an awesome job repairing the damage on my vehicle and was done in a timely manner. They meticulously cleaned the engine bay and cabin. my rep was excellent in communicating with me the whole time. All of the staff are nice and provided a friendly environment. Highly recommended!!

I am extremely frustrated with Caliber Collision. Today was the second time I had to bring my car back because something that was supposed to be repaired in a previous service — which I already paid for — was not completed properly. To make matters worse, the technician was not available at 3 PM, and I had to leave and go back home, meaning I will now have to return a third time.
