Greg and Caliber Collision was great from the very start after hitting a deer. They worked seamlessly with my insurance. Greg was in contact with me throughout the whole process. My SUV looks perfect. They even washed and detailed it inside and out. It looks showroom. Don't hesitate to go here. The front desk person, I didn't get her name, was also very nice and friendly.

Madre mia! Coming here was a painfully expensive lesson. I asked a simple question to Greg, and he actually responded with, “I don’t want to deal with this and I don’t have time, I hope not seeing you here.” ¡Incredible! This guy is an absolute a joke. Do as you would be done by. Rude, complete lack of communication, and zero basic manners. The “fix” they did just caused another issue. Un desastre total. Worst experience ever. Avoid this shop, por favor.
