Generally, I found the service convenient and the staff nice and responsive, but they didn't adequately warn me about the difficulty of obtaining repairs after a car is totaled. Was told my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up. They left budding compound on the car so I took it to get it washed on my way home. When I was drying it off I noticed the rocker panel was still cracked and had a gash underneath (pictured below). I called the shop and brought the car back. The guy tried to blame me for the damage not being repaired (mind you, I was told that a full inspection of the car would be completed before repairs started).
