So grateful to Jeremiah, the manager of the Grimes shop, for stepping in and helping guide my car through the repair process after a key piece of equipment failed. The repair ended up taking several days, which could have delayed the completion of my SUV and postponed a planned weekend trip. Everyone was great from the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car. They explained everything they were going to do. They worked with the insurance company, so I didn't have to. When I picked up my car. They came out and walked around the car with me and explained what all they did. I will definitely refer my family and friends. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
Caliber collision is a very upstanding company. The only fault I found is that they are associated with the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I do NOT hold that against them. Great work, fabulous customer service, and so very helpful. Highly recommend them.
