Absolutely terrible experience with this body shop. Our car was involved in a minor accident—front and rear bumper damage—but it was still fully drivable. We used it for a full week with no issues before dropping it off on November 10, 2025. Since they were referred by AAA, we trusted them. That was a mistake. At first, we received few text updates saying the repair was “in progress.” After 8 days, we called to ask when the car would be ready. The team is very friendly and the process was very clear, with accurate expectations and timelines. These situations always cause stress because you never know what kind of experience you’re going to have to get your car fixed. This team handled everything so well! No stress needed.

Is this acceptable? I was referred to this shop through my insurance. The door they replaced was not aligned properly, which caused rainwater to leak into my car. They corrected the issue and reminded me that the work is under warranty. However, it was an inconvenience to miss work to bring the car back in for something that should have been inspected and completed properly the first time. I will not use this shop again and do not recommend.
